Agile blend of white (Welschriesling, Pinot gris) and black (Zweigeltrebe, Blaufrankisch) varieties. This is traditional wine (nowadays very rare) called reddish. In the past it was also called manifold cause it is full of lovely colors, aromas and tastes.
Useful information: spontaneous fermentation, maceration on skins for 14 days, the wine matured for 1 year in acacia and oak barrels, unfined, unfiltered, bottled in the autumn of 2015.
