Herbal Wild Ale
Wildly fermented traditional lambic style beer with comomile and wild thyme. Beer was made in cooperation with craft brewery Pivovar u Ábela.
Useful information: wild fermentation, aging 36 months in acacia barrels, no fining, no filtration, bottled in June 2024.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, linden flowers, tutsan, honey
